First, in terms of import volume, data shows that from January to March 2017, China's import volume of valve parts (for pipelines, boilers, tanks, barrels or similar products) reached 9,400 tons, an increase of 38.24% compared with the same period of the previous year. In 2016, China's import volume of valve parts (for pipelines, boilers, tanks, barrels or similar products) was 32,100 tons, an increase of 7.36% compared with the same period of the previous year.

From January to March 2017, China's import value of valve parts (for pipelines, boilers, tanks, barrels or similar products) was 289.13 million US dollars, an increase of 26.97% compared with the same period of the previous year. In 2016, China's import value of valve parts (for pipelines, boilers, tanks, barrels or similar products) was 1,058.80 million US dollars, an increase of 0.42% compared with the same period of the previous year. In 2016, China's export volume of valve parts (for pipelines, boilers, tanks, barrels or similar products) was 298,900 tons, a decrease of 5.35% compared with the same period of the previous year. In terms of export value, according to data from Jiyan Consulting, from January to March 2017, China's export value of valve parts (for pipelines, boilers, tanks, barrels or similar products) was 476.35 million US dollars, an increase of 8.43% compared with the same period of the previous year. In 2016, China's export value of valve parts (for pipelines, boilers, tanks, barrels or similar products) was 1,970.47 million US dollars, a decrease of 9.42% compared with the same period of the previous year.
